This single strand of creamy freshwater pearls has a sterling silver clasp and sterling silver round charm for monogramming. It is available in both a 5" and 6" length, and comes with a sterling silver 1" extender chain. The 5" size is for children up to approximately one year of age; the 6" size generally will fit children up to 4 or 5 years of age. (Please note we offer this sizing guideline as a courtesy - we are not able to guarantee fit based on age.
